What the Mitti rebrand means for developers

A new guide explains what the Mitti rebrand changed for developers.

Developer impact: Existing integrations kept working through the rebrand. Endpoint paths, request and response schemas, authentication, API tokens, rate limits, and webhook signature headers are all unchanged, and api.safetyculture.io still works.

Three things did change:

  • api.mitti.com is now the base URL and the long-term host
  • Firewall allowlists need the Mitti domains added before your organization's migration window.
  • Integrations Marketplace native connectors such as Zapier, Workato, Power Automate, Power BI, Procore, Samsara, and Geotab are being updated for the rebranding in stages.

Action required: None, unless your organization restricts outbound traffic by domain or IP address. In that case, add the Mitti domains before your organization's migration window. Each organization will be emailed its own window.
