Template editing APIs
This changelog entry was added retrospectively.
You can now edit and publish templates directly through the API, without opening the web editor. Open a draft of an existing template, apply a batch of changes, then publish it as the template's next version.

New APIs are edit-only: rename a template, edit its description, relabel existing pages, questions, and items, and toggle the completion screen. Creating a template or draft, or adding, moving, or removing items and pages, still requires the web editor.
These APIs sit on top of, and doesn't replace, the existing read-only Templates endpoints: Search modified templates, Get a template, and Get template definition.
Developer impact: You can now rename a template, set or clear its description, rename pages, relabel questions and items, and toggle the inspection completion screen.
Action required: No action required. This is a new, additive capability. Existing integrations are unaffected.
