SCIM provisioning and Activity log API access now require Enterprise Plan for new subscriptions

Starting 12 August 2026, SCIM provisioning and Activity log API access (the data feed for activity log events) are only included with the Enterprise Plan for new Premium and trial subscriptions.

Developer impact: If your organization was already on a Premium or trial plan before 12 August 2026, nothing changes. Existing SCIM and Activity log API access continues to work as before. New Premium or trial organizations created on or after 12 August 2026 need the Enterprise Plan for these two APIs.

Action required: No action required for existing organizations. New organizations that need SCIM provisioning or Activity log API access should be on the Enterprise Plan.
